Regulatory Memberships & Protection
Moresand safeguards your money and travel arrangments through compulsory and voluntary membership to a host of accredited regulatory bodies.
Moresand is ATOL bonded with the CAA (ATOL No. 3517)
ATOL stands for Air Travel Organiser's Licence and is run by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), backed by the UK Government. The law says your holiday must be protected if it is a package holiday. ATOL protects most air package holidays sold by travel businesses. The scheme also applies to some flight bookings, usually those where you book flights but do not receive your tickets immediately.
ATOL protects consumers from being stranded or losing money by arranging for people abroad to finish their holiday and fly home or fully refunding your payment in the event of any problem with the operator.
